Meet Tom Wadd, a solo singer-guitarist boasting an extensive repertoire of talent and experience.
Tom's journey has always been destined for a life in music. Starting from his school days when he prioritized scribbling down songs over homework, to his decision to move to Bristol for full-time music studies at the renowned British and Irish Institute of Modern Music (BIMM), music has been the guiding force at every juncture of his life.
During his time in Bristol, Tom Wadd carved out a reputation for himself by sharing the stage with numerous outstanding musicians and making appearances at notable venues such as Bristol’s O2 Academy and the renowned Thekla. Subsequently, Tom received an invitation to showcase his talents as an 'in-house' Apres ski musician in the picturesque French Alps. It was during this residency that Tom honed his craft, leaving a lasting impression by captivating packed-out crowds six nights a week!
In 2020, the onset of the Covid pandemic unfortunately halted Tom's thriving engagement in the French Alps. Returning to his hometown of Oxford, Tom resumed his passion for music by busking the streets once lockdown restrictions eased. Before long, a professional footballer approached him, requesting his musical talents for a lavish wedding in Lake Como, Italy. Set against the backdrop of a breathtaking 5-star hotel, Tom played a significant role in the ceremony, escorting the bride down the aisle, serenading the couple's first dance, and enchanting the gathering well into the summer night!
Since then, Tom has discovered a true enthusiasm for entertaining at special occasions. Be it weddings, anniversaries, private parties, or any other event, Tom thoroughly enjoys enriching the experience with his personalized, professional, and engaging live performances.
